From the last 13th of December, Symaga certifies the manufacture of steel structures with CE marking according to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2001. This implies Factory Control Production (EXC 2), certified by Bureau Veritas, for Steel Structures Components.

Symaga reinforces its goal of reach the excellence in the manufacture of silos and structures, implementing a Quality Management System which ensures a product submitted to several strict quality controls. This is added to the continuing education program and quality policy of the company.

To achieve the CE Certificate, we have improved our Factory Production Control (FPC), we have created Welding Quality Control Plan, introducing NDT welding tests, periodic corrosion tests, Material mechanicals periodic tests, and, finally, we have added more and new end-product tests.

Moreover, we provide total NDT traceability, including welding procedures and welder homologation and welding materials traceability.

Another essential issue was Human Resources Training, because the certificate requires welding personnel approved according to EN 287-1:2011, welding inspectors and welding operators with NDT knowledge, as well as Penetrating Liquids and Magnetic Particles knowledge (training provided by TUV NORD).

Symaga becomes the first Industrial Silo manufacturer with this certification, improving the reliability of its products, through the investment on its two main success pillars, its factory and its employees.
